On May 7, 2020 from 3.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. will be held the seminar organized by Luiss within the SCAN Project entitled “European Small Claims Procedure: l’esperienza italiana”.

It will be a focus on the Italian experience on ESCP, which will involve several stakeholders from judges to lawyers.
